1. Eat the correct food
- High calorie & High fat foods will turn into fats deposits into your body.
This deposits can accumulate everywhere,especially around your waist
Solution : 5 servings of fruits & vegetables a day . You should eat
some protein a day like beans,eggs & fish. Proteins give us energy ;)
2. 8 glasses of Water a day
- Water will help cleanse our body.
Solution : This means our bowels are happy and our
stomach will look flatter ;)
3. Learn & do the right Exercise for Your stomach
- There is no getting around.Thats mean you must exercise to get a flat & slim looking waist
Solution : Exercise your oblique muscles . Do aerobics activities which spot on the waist . Keep walking . Park your car at a far place . Do not take the lift , take the stairs instead ;)
Tips & Warning :
- Try to exercise at least 3 times a week
- Learn to move more even those days you don't plan to exercising.
- Take a bottle of water whenever you go
- Don't expect to get slim waist over-night. It will take time & some efforts.
