My meal consisting...
Breakfast : 1 egg + 1 plain wholemeal bread
Lunch : Big yogurt Orange + 1/2 papaya
Dinner : 2 pc Steam Chicken wing , Vege
Supper : 1 pc small small chocolate ( ya i knw its not healthy )
.... but due to hungryness,so i grab the sinfull food to my diet ..
but just one small pc only =D
Result : Today , waistline not so bugging out lemak lemak oledi (alaaah,perasan ku aje.....!)
hahahahaaa..................
Today continue with :
Breakfast 1 cup of Vono which consist of
Energy 63kcal , Protein 1.0g , Carbohydrate 10.6g , Fat 2.1g
( See how healthy i am,FAT just 2.1g !!! )
muahhahahaha !!
